CHERNOBYL
Key Art Campaign
A five-part miniseries that dramatises the worst manmade catastrophe in history. It is a story of the best and worst of the human spirit.
The Soviet people will have to make the ultimate sacrifice.
They are the heroes that bear the shear magnitude of the disaster.
They feel fear, helpless, compassion and heartbreak.
But in the darkest moment, humanity still prevails.
We set to present three heroes that represented the different services that cleaned up the mess at Chernobyl 1986.
This included a liquidator, doctor and a fireman capturing that raw emotion.

Marketing the campaign with critical acclaim to land Chernobyl as a drama and not a documentary.
Billboard post with close crops draw in viewers to that raw emotion.

On-air Teaser
The Geiger counter audio immediately gives you a sense that something is getting stronger and more dangerous. Using typography means you can't see footage creating fear and uncertainty.
The Geiger Counter draws together the campaign both on air and off air with audio and typography in the Title Art.
